Welcome to Brookwood Homes Association

The purpose of this website is to provide one place for all homeowners to find information they may need associated with the HOA such as bylaws/restrictions, architectural information, financials, budgets, etc. We want to provide a space for our Management Company or Board of Directors to provide communication to members, and allow us to have a neighborhood directory. For your convenience, you will be able to make online payments (there is a fee). All residents are still able to mail a check to Total Management, LLC., 6738 W. 153rd Street, Overland Park, KS  66223 to pay your HOA dues or continue with your automatic payments. We are hopeful that this new form of communication is helpful.
